You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access our Services.

5.4 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service with or without notice.

6.1 Fees

All fees are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Fees are subject to change without notice.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment through approved payment gateways. All transactions are processed in PHP.

6.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental assessments.

6.4 Exam Vouchers

Exam vouchers for third-party certifications are subject to the vendor's terms and conditions. Voucher expiration dates are strictly enforced.

7.1 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds for purchased courses once access has been granted.

7.2 Exceptions

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

• Technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve
• Course cancellation by CLCGI before commencement

7.3 Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

7.4 Program Cancellation

CLCGI reserves the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

8.1 Ownership

All Content provided through our Services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, software, and documentation, is the property of CLCGI or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 License

Upon payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• Share your login credentials or account access
